I think the hitting will continue to get better. Do you guys think Atkins will be traded and we'll see a Stewart, Tulowitzki, Helton infield? Or could Helton possibly be traded?

Also, is there any young hurlers that could help out this year? The Rockies need to add at least 1 solid starter if they are going to make a playoff run.

Tulo is looking a lot better and I like him batting 6th.

I don't really see the Rockies trading Helton, but they may trade Atkins. We've got Franklin Morales who I believe is in Triple-A currently. He started the season up on the big league roster but he hurt himself and I don't think he was ever called up again. However, I would really like to see Morales replace Hammel.

Stewart is ready to play. Helton is due over 30 million for the next two years, and the Monforts are pretty cheap and won't want to cover his salary with him out of town, so he isn't goin anywhere. Atkins better heat up quicker than he is if we are to get any value out of him, but I won't be surprised in the least if he is traded.

Young hurlers? Not MLB ready (at least to my knowledge). Think we can get one for Atkins?

Exactly. And anyways, if he was going by the current standings, the Rockies would be 4th, but they would not be ahead of the Padres! They'd be ahead of the D-Backs.
