8 - 1 = 9???

I hate it when I do this. I've been working on the 2001 Topps Heritage Chrome since the day it came out, and I'm still not done. I had 8 cards on my wantlist, and just received one of them. I decided to go through my set and make sure I wasn't messed up, but sure enough, I was. I found that I was missing 2 more cards than I had thought. That makes me angry. How many times might I have seen those overlooked cards and not gone after them? How much longer till I complete this set? Except for 55 Bowman, this is my longer build ever, and I'm getting tired of it.

i make a similar mistake quite a bit. ill put my wantlist together for a set im completing and always jot numbers down wrong and end up buying cards i already owned. ::facepalm::

I do the same thing on occasion. I forget to mark a card off my list and buy it again. It really annoys me when I figure it out. It's probably past time I put a lot of my Biggio extras on eBay.
