80's Player Collectors! I Finally Got Them!

Okay, for those of you that collect players that played in the 80's, you may appreciate these!
First, 1985 Kitty Clover... This has been unreasonably hard to track down. I have got two (2) Jox and (2) Thom Mcann before I could ever get this.

And then the 1988 Topps Cloth. I really didn't want to spend $75 on this, but the timing was right as I just sold some extra Gwynns and a few other random cards.
And no, I will not put this in water to "test" it!

I believe you can dip the cloth in water and the ink will still remain in place.

I heard if you put these in water they expand! Onionring did a test on Youtube!

The kitty clover is a tough one to track down in good condition

I don't do the search everyday like i should

Save it to your saved searches on ebay for up to a year and just wait for the email, unless it pops up on a BIN as you dont get 'instant' email notices and someone can snag it.

I have saved searches but still search daily as cheap BIN's have poped up and I dont want to miss them.

Yep, that was supposed to be the deal. It did absolutely nothing though. :lol:

Nice pickup on the Kitty Clover. I've got the Ripken in PSA 10, along with the KAS. I was sad that I sold my PSA 9 Kitty Clover even though I had the 10. Also still have 1 raw.

Also, when you said you picked up 2 of the Jox and 2 Thom McAn, aren't they the same thing? Did you mean 2 KAS and 2 Jox/McAns?

I love the discs of the 80's!
