84.8% of TCDB Jesse Barfield (Update: now 85.3%)

I've stalled at 84.8% of all Jesse Barfield cards listed on TCDB. The one's I still need are the toughest to find, I would assume. Please take a look and see if you might have one of these tucked away in a shoe box somewhere..

Nice work! Should be fun finding those. Everything before the 2004 is generally tough. The Recollections, plates etc are simply sitting in someone's boxes... hope they get listed.

Thank you. That's my worry. Those hard to find last cards are just sitting in a shoebox somewhere. Most people aren't as excited as I am to pull a Barfield.

For postcards, team issues and poster cards you'll have to be creative with searches. Sellers sometimes don't know how to list them.

As a long time player/team collector, I have to tell you that the one thing a collector needs is patience. Well that and the ability to accept not having 100% of the cards, because that's simply not going to happen no matter how much time and money you have.

Found the More Little Big Leaguers panel for you though, you just have to buy the whole book. Seems reasonable.

Are you on IG? Research some commonly used hashtags and add in your own (ex. #barfield #barfieldcollector etc) and get to posting. It's helped me fish out a few cards for my PC.

You may have seen this already. Listed twice, presumably by resellers from Japanese auction sites. But a sweet card. If you are looking to save a few dollars you can track down the original listing from Japan there are sites like Jauce, FromJapan, etc that have it shipped locally to them and then internationally. I've estimated prices for Matsui singles, usually it comes to $20-25 in fees. Maybe worth it for a higher-end card like this.
