one of his negatives appear to be someone who thought they were getting everything that was shown in his picture. the description was very clear. I do not blame him for that negative

Maybe I'm just in a good mood but that is one of the funniest titles I've read.

Every time I have an eBay problem I type the ID in the FCB search to see what comes up.This seller's score (adjosh09) has improved since June but his penny pinching on shipping my order managed to get it destroyed. This seller charges roughly $3 base shipping plus $1 per card with a max of $10. We all know $10 to ship a handful of cards first class or even priority is crazy but I will deal with it if the hammer price is good. I simply bought a bunch of his cards one day that nobody was bidding on (probably due to the shipping rate) in order to lower my average shipping cost per card. I won 10 lots and paid the $10 shipping. My stuff arrived a week later in a plastic snap case... no sleeves, no top loaders. I could even deal with this egregious act of cheapness had my cards actually arrived in decent shape. Unfortunately for the seller the edge of the case was crushed somewhere between Omaha, NE and Grand Forks, ND and every card in that case has damage on the right side. I let the seller know the cards were damaged as a result of his epic fail shipping and requested a prompt refund. His reply:

JT
Sorry to hear about the problem.
I have sent out several items like this with no problem.
I wait to see the items
Thanks

If I get my money back very soon plus the $2 I burned to ship the garbage back then this guy might just escape without a negative. If the guy wants to be a ****** bag then I will drop all ten negatives and collect a refund via Paypal. Seller wants to see the damaged cards first. His cards are on the way back but if he waits that long then he gets a neg.

Sorry to hear that. I would immediately file the paypal claim before you send back and first scan all of the damaged cards. Then send back with appropriate tracking info. Good luck.
