Just the amount of money required to send out a request, including stamps, envelopes, letterhead, etc. You're talking $250 - 300 at least. Take into consideration the time and effort, I'd say the seller sold too cheap.

Very cool purchase.

I have a bunch from 86. I wonder if the buyer needs any of them. Most of my TTM are from 1987

The Puckett #329 is soo sloppy that until further examination, I was convinced it was not legit. Its still borderline, but does have 2 key components in a legit Puckett signature.

Why are the Rose cards tough?

Your looking around 400-450 to get them all signed with 9 cards being in the 86 Topps set. Its like with the 88 Score and you have a ton of Reggie Jackson cards.

If anyone else is collecting this set I need the following:

Onix Concepcion, Luis Sanchez, Darryl Sconiers, Doug Flynn, Ramon Romero, Cesar Cedeno, Bobby Brown, Scot Thompson, Brent Gaff, Rusty Staub, and Gary Woods.

I was very surprised to see several of these in the 95% set that just sold.

Please let me know if you have any.
