When you consider how much grading costs, some people have wayyyyy too much money to blow.

Somewhere I have a 1990 Donruss Larry Walker in a BGS 7 slab that I pulled from 2001 Donruss Anniversary, but I can't seem to find it (can't be bothered to look, much less scan it).

E, I don't get what's so worthless about the Keith Hernandez? Is it just b/c they are from the early 90's? But arent' PSA 10's a good thing if someone is trying to go after the PSA 10 set?

No, they arent "worthless" as they are part of my Hernandez Registry. They were all pack/set pulled by myself as well as self subbed.
But they are "worth" less then what i paid for them to be slabbed, so they fit into the mold of this thread

Heck, teh 1990 Topps Traded Tiffany is a 1/1 ;)

Finally a thread where I can show off this:

BTW, what's the story behind the card from the OP? Why would someone submit that card? Had a free submission and thought it would be fun? Seems like a waste of a sub.

Definitely looking for more graded Sveums. I don't think any more in my possession are gradeable and I haven't had the time or energy to pick through anywhere or rip junk wax for more lol

Yeah, like I said above, that 2001 Donruss Anniversay Originals product was a fount of these things. Tons of BGS 7s of already worthless late 80s Donruss cards. They should've used the plastic for those slabs to make defibrillators or something.

So...yea got this graded back before he retired. Thought it was pretty cool I got them to get it graded with the set. I don't know if you recall but the Bowman Heritage White set had a printing error...

I wonder if anyone has ever tried to get all the different grades for one particular player's card (PSA 1 - PSA 10 or BGS 1 - BGS 10)
