A Couple of Baby Contests!

So Sunday my wife and I are heading to the hospital for the birth of our first child, a Boy.
They are inducing her at 7:30am.
So to honor this remarkable event, I am going to run a couple of contests!
Not sure what the prize will be, but it will be good!

The 1st contest is simple:
Guess the exact time he will be born.
Tiebreaker, closest to the actual weight, without going over!

The 2nd contest is also simple:
Guess the first letter of his name.
Tiebreaker will be closest to his actual length, without going over.

Please submit it in the following format:
