A couple of New Albert Belle pickups & a question.

I got these in a lot of Belles today from a ebay purchase.The crash the game is a foldout with scratch offs [never been scratched] and the other is from a company called ultimate line 1996.Does anybody know how rare the scratch off is unscratched?

The Scratch off is a 1994 Collectors Choice Team v Team.
It books for 10 cents unscratched.
Scratched would b 1/2 value.
