I think you're in an odd place. Either A) it was a fluke and sold for way too little, B) the market is satisfied and they have normalized, or C) the market has yet to satisfy and they'll continue to drop.

I don't know anything about this issue though, so I'm not a good judge. I do know in terms of these redemptions, it has been historically better to be on the seller's end, rather than the buyers end...unless said buyer got lucky and pulled "the" sig to get.

Redeem, could sell as is for a $100-150ish profit or get a $1000-$3000 cut. The Mt. Rushmore is gone and the single Lincoln, but hardly any duals have been redeemed and the single Washington, Jefferson, JFK still avail.

I should add, I too would redeem. If A is true, the profit is marginal, with potential to up the profit significantly. If B or C is true, there's little use in trying to sell it again.
