Here are a few of the Baseball that I picked up today:

Grace auto is /25.

Can anyone help me with the numbering on the Glaus. Not sure why it was numbered.

Picked up some more nice stuff, but haven't had time to scan.

It looks like one of the buybacks they used to do back in the day with Fleer products. I cant remember the product the buybacks were put into but it seems like it was Fleer Tradition or something like that.

That's what I thought to Blanning, but there is no stamp (first thing I looked for!).

The buyback is from 2005 Fleer National Pastime. Most aren't stamped, I have a few.
Love the Grace!

Were they stamped as buybacks? I thought they were just serial #'d and I seem to remember over on the old BMB how many folks were bitching about how Fleer failed to protect these from forgers.

Yeah, I missed out on that one originally. My buddy found it and picked it up for $10!

Luckily, I found enough stuff to trade for it :^)

yeah the stamp is like an embossed thing but its very light, sometimes you gotta hold the card at an angle and look real close

Yeah, stamping just isn't there. I will take another look at it, but for what I gave for it, it was worth the risk.

Sometimes they are stamped very lightly. Check both front and back. The writing seems consistent to what I have for Eddie Murray buy backs.

It may not be. Some are just flat out non-existent, but the card is legit.

I've got a buyback from that exact set also (Sweeney Fielding Glove), and there's no stamp on it.

The hand-numbered is the key that it's from the NPT Buyback set.

The /52 made me feel pretty confident that it was legit.
