Topps finally changed the auto response on code@topps.com to:

"The 2010 Ginter Code has been cracked! Thanks for participating."

I've been working on the solution guide today and will probably finish it tomorrow.

Look forward to seeing it.

On my sell sheet, A&G was first to be released on June 23
Derek Jeter's birthday is June 26
If someone could have cracked the code within a few days of that release,
They wouldn't have been able to send DJs base card because he was not in the base set!

Also if you waited 2 days you could have sent a birthday card to Stephen Strasburg, his Bday is tomorrow July 20th

Couldn't agree more. I don't know if this guy is just a permanent troll, but he's without a doubt the most annoying and useless poster I've ever seen.

That story was in no means a shot at Brent...I have no issues at all with Brent, and he was free to share whatever information about the code that he wanted. I was mad at myself because I basically let it be known what I thought the code cards were, and then everyone started finding out about it. The only reason I included that part of the story is to add some humor to it...if it doesn't read that way, I apologize!

I never got any anger towards Brentandbecca... I've bought a couple Ginter relic lots off of him (and her?).

But that was the easiest code to crack ever. I've done word searches harder than that. Sike. So are you splitting the prize again, or are these babies all yours?!

And you are totally correct on your second part haha. I should have taken notes from the celebrities at award shows...let me do that here:

I see on blowout they are having a pity party falling all over themselves, looking like jackasses, over something so stupid. that was a very difficult code to break. As for anyone being negative on blowout, FCB, or wherever, oh well. People are going to be negative if they want to be negative, there isn't anything I can do. Nothing in that article was meant to slam anyone, and I tried the best I could to make it funny so people could stand reading it. Good thing I have thick skin and can just laugh at all the silly comments!
