I read this on a plane the other day and feel any Stan Musial, Cardinals, or baseball fan should read this. It is a great artcle on a great man.

and the cover shot can't be beat! I was giddy when the issue arrived just for the cover shot alone!

the uniform does make me thing "hot", though. I can't imagine playing in the St. Louis heat and humidity in a wool uniform like that!

Wow. That's a incredible article. It's kind of dissappointing how few responses this topic has gotten. That should be required reading for any baseball fan. They don't make 'em like Stan The Man anymore.
