I'll break this down quickly.
I sell a card. The buyer complains about a little white spot at the top of the card. I email him back explaining that I have a 100% money-back guarantee if buyers are not satisfied. I tell him he can feel free to do this and to let me know what he wants to do.
He tells me the next day stating that he relisted the card and sold it on a BIN. Then he tells me that if his buyer has any complaints that he would get the card back from the buyer and send it back to me for a refund.
So I'm thinking, koo-koo, ding ****, is anybody home? I explained that once he resold the card I am not responsible anymore for it and will not issue a refund, that at this point it's now his card. This has to be THEE STUPIDEST and proposterous eBay situation I've ever had to deal with and respond to. I think some people are just born without all the parts in the box.
