I haven't noticed a problem.... I received a package yesterday from CA that took 3 days.... Just received an 8x10 in a bubblemailer today from KY that also took 3 days to arrive.

The few things I have gotten have not taken very long to arrive.

And the bills always come in on time too. That always seems to happen though. ;)

It varies. Some of my packages have arrived longer than expected, and others have arrived on time.

over a week overdue on a bowman chrome set that was shipped priority mail.

Not a shocker, tho. The local news has had lots of stories about the United States Postal Snails in my town - overtime work minimized and not as many temp employees hired -- and problems at the USPS sub-station that serves my house. I would not be surprised if my package has been sitting there at least 3-4 days without being delivered.

I better get some cards (christmas gift IOU's so to speak) for Christmas - my amazon stuff ordered early last week probably won't make it in time for christmas as it's probably sitting around at the sub-station and won't be delivered until after Christmas.

I ship everything Priority during the holiday season and my delivery times have been all over the place.

Shipped Houston to Dallas in 1 day...Houston to Maryland in 5 days...Houston to South Carolina in 3 days.

Received via Priority...Michigan to Houston in 5 days...Illinois to Houston in 4 days...on days 8 or 9 for some 1st class mail.

I've never had a Priority package take more than 2 days until this Holiday season. I guess I'm averaging about 2 days extra. The USPS is known for a MAJOR delivery push during the final delivery week for Christmas Day. You'll see a lot of things show up in the three remaining delivery days.

Maine of course......
Receipt times for me have been normal but I have had 2 recent items "lost" that the sellers did have DC on.

Never received either item but one seller sent a duplicate that he had and the other seller issued a refund (on an item I REALLY wanted).

Both items remain:

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 3, 2008 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. No further information is available for this item.
