Throw him in the chamber.

That way the tax payers can pay for his life? No, death penalty.

I wish there was an island to send all of the criminals who recieved life sentences to. Kind of like the movie Kurt Russel played in. Tax payers shouldn't have to keep these losers up.
The chamber is the DP.

Gas Chamber.

The thing that upsets me the most and makes me strongly believe he deserves the most severe penalties available is this guy didn't learn from his previous mistakes. We ALL make mistakes on all levels and hopefully learn from them. This guy obviously didn't looking at his previous record and failure to follow up on his treatment program. He is nothing but a worthless POS and it is just sickening what happened resulting in 3 young kids perishing because of him.

While most of us would wish that an eye for an eye would apply we know he won't face the DP. He will end up in a cell, watching TV, working and getting 3 square meals a day for hopefully quite a long while.

Don't people know that there aren't any penalties for driving drunk anymore? As long as you pay your money, you can seemingly get as many as you want.

But don't get speeding tickets or your insurance will go through the roof!

well if oj simpson gets 33 years for stealing a football, who knows what you get for actually killing someone

Actually, to use the same person, you get nothing for killing two people.

I echo the thought that it should have been vehicular manslaughter. That wouldn't even see a courtroom, it's such a slam dunk.

Actually, it's more expensive to kill somebody than to house them for life. There are tons of sites/facts supporting such that you can probably find pretty quickly.

Well fine, mass ship them to an island and let them fend for themselves. Problem solved.

I suggest you look it up then, champ. Appeals, proper equipment, etc, far exceed the cost of housing somebody for life.

If he gets out he'll just do it again, he's 22 and has 2-3 previous DUI's before this, either DP or locked up for life.

This is what worries me. I have a baby on the way. In 22 years, this guy is going to get out, and he'll probably get drunk to celebrate, and he'll probably drive himself home instead of hiring a taxi because he has proven over and over again that it's too difficult a concept for him to understand.

I do not want this moron to be free to drive drunk when my kid is 22. Please, somebody stop him before he kills more people.

JMO as that one guy says...

Yea, a guy who has gotten 3 DUI's in a year and killed 3 people because of it definately deserves to be roaming the streets so he can do it again and then get 5 years in prision and do it again...
