A total of 39 players were selected:
*The highest selection was Donavan Tate at #3 overall
*A total of 9 first-rounders (including 1 supplemental pick)
*24 different MLB teams selected at least one AFLAC'er with 6 teams taking 3 AFLAC'ers (ARI, OAK, PHI, SD, SF, TB)
