what does andrus do have over beckham, besides 3B and R?? (in wayyy more games)

He plays outstanding SS.

He survived a full season.

Plus both major baseball channels really pumping Andrus last few weeks due to fact that he played solid SS whole season and allowed MYoung to move to 3B

It really could be 5-6 guys and still make sense
Heck, even closer Bailey would be fair

Nolan Reimold, in 347 AB, is hitting 277 with 47 R, 45 RBI, 15 HR, 17 2B



the only stat beckham is lacking in is HR- all the while with 40 less AB. reimold also has 76 K's compared with Gordon's 54.

JO might be pushy with his Beckham threads but to those that want to exclude Beckham and add Reimold in so easily ---- they are soooo close.

If you think Reimold deserves it, then it is a no-brainer that GB can win it too (and vice versa)

Also, one must inlcude Jeff N, Porcello, Bailey, Andurs, and Romero into the talk because 5-6 guys are going to receive a nice amount of votes

Hahaa I knew you were going to say that, except here's the thing: I'm not pimping my guy day and day out, I have legitimately 3 cards of porcello, and my guy is very widely accepted as a top 3 candidate. What I have a problem with is that you believe that the ROY is over, meanwhile beckham really just plain doesn't have a chance.

i have 1 beckham card and i'm not pimping him... i'm doing this semi-jokingly, mostly because people talk about reimold/neimann/porcello being the only 3 with a chance, which is ridiculous.

how can you say so confidently that he doesn't have a chance?

Will he win? Probably not but if a guy is going to be top 4-5 in total votes, saying he has no shot is confusing to me
