They are digital cards, so nothing you can get in hand, wouldn't buy it on eBay, but maybe that's just me.
You download the app,
Check in everyday and get coins, (or you could buy coins, but I wouldn't do that either) or download apps or whatever for coins, then you buy digital packs of cards and pull digital cards. Maybe you pull the Belle, or maybe you pull something you can trade for the Belle. Lemme know if that makes sense
