I wasn't young and stupid when I was 25 years old and had been in my career for 7 years. What Michael Phelps did was young and stupid.

The bottom line here is both terms "young" and "stupid" are subject to perception. A guy who is 35, considering circumstance, might think of himself as 'young and stupid' as a 25 year old. Then again, a 26 yr old may not think of himself as 'young and stupid' while 25. Then again, a 76 yr old most likely would look at himself while 25 as 'young and stupid'.

Me being 36, I look at what Arod did and his age(taking context in to account) as young and stupid.
