Damn! I don't know which one I like best. I love the huge auto on the 2010, I like the fact that the 07 is autoed, and you always want the first one autoed or not.

The fact that the draft non auto is graded would immediately make me want the others more. Why would anyone in their right mind grade that card. Its not like it would get MORE valuable by enough to make a difference. Most likely it would just drop the value more, as it has for me at least.

I bet they got it graded because he could say it is the only BGS 9, oh yeah its a 1 of 1, why people do that is beyond belief. LMAO.

+1 IMO the more rare the card the less the need to grade it.

There is nothing to compare it to, so why even go through the trouble, in this case it hurt it, would anyone risk removing the card from the holder.

All of you saying it should not be graded should look at the protective value a BGS holder has over a soft sleeve/toploader or even a magnetic one touch. If I owned a card that valuable (and planned to keep it) it would be in a BGS case in a heartbeat.

I guess if you grade it your encasing it in a holder that is hard to open thus not having to worry the card gets further damage in the future.

I agree, when strictly talking value, with few exceptions..

However, for protection, it's always worth it and even more so the more valuable a card is.

Thanks for the reminder, I keep on putting off slabbing for protection/authenticating only. I have a ton I should do, and IMO the same 'authentic' label looks better than having different labels with different grades on them in many instances.

There is no chance that I will sell an extremely high end card on ebay with the way it is currently suited to favor buyers without having it graded. If a card is graded, scumbags cannot claim that a card was "Not as described." With the increasing number of these cases popping up recently, any valuable card that I own and plan on selling in the future is slabbed.

+1. To me, it's about maintaining the value of the card, rather than increasing the value of it.
