I sort of feel jipped that Edwin only gets to throw 4 pitches. Oh well, pretty good showing for him.

How is it that Tony LaRusa can manage better than Maddon?

Just because Wakefield hasn't gotten to throw yet? Give it a rest. He's lucky to even be in St. Louis right now.

Listen, Maddon made it a point to get him in the roster. One would think that he would get to play, otherwise why waste a spot. Why not give some garbage team another rep?

Rud, look at some of Wakefields stats past Wins and losses.

He pitched better last year and he went 10-11.

He needs run support in order to sniff a win (over 6 this year) and you aren't going to get many in the ASG.

I also fear for the AL if they put in Papelbon . He walks so many and gives up hits and then gets out of it with a fastball. These players will be more patient, and they will hit his fastball.

I think Maddon cares more about winning the game than not hurting Boston fan's feelings.

I'm well aware of the mans stats. Like I said, even just 1 batter would be awesome. The man looked like he was in tears when talking about going to the AS Game.

LaRusa seems to be giving it up to more pitchers, and looks to have switched up his lineup more than Maddon.

Because he felt bad for Wakefield. Lets give the whole Wakefield thing a rest if he pitches he pitches if not then he doesn't. Who really gives a ****.
