Usually having the same numbered as the players' jersey number increase the value, doesn't it?

Yes it usually does increase the cards value, especially on a RC like this.

That card will generally fetch about 2-4 times what it normally goes for. There are some crazy Exquisite collectors who collect jersey number, 1/***, and last number/***. They will also pay insane amounts. I collect Brian Calhoun. When his 29/225 was listed, his normal ones were selling for 30-40. The #29 one sold for 120.
