Could this be enough to get the Cavs to win the Championship?

Trade talks involving Amare Stoudemire have heated up between the Suns and Cavaliers -- one hangup is the Suns insistence that Jason Richardson (and his huge contract) be included in any deal.

The Cavs would likely give up Zydrunas Ilgauskas, J.J. Hickson and possibly Wally Szczerbiak, whose "Bird rights" are still owned by Cleveland. Phoenix may even be willing to buy out Ilgauskas, thus allowing him to return to the Cavs in 30 days.

If the CAVS get Amare, they have to be the favorite to win it all as lnog as Mo Williams is healthy

I would think the Cavs would be the favorites. Either way LeBron is leaving after this year, so for Cleveland to lose that title of being the biggest loser city, they better get it don this year!

BTW, I don't see why Cavs would want Big Z back? Just slows them down, and they would have enough size. I would think a team like Dallas or the Spurs would be better for Z.

I caught in between on this trade.I really like Amare and his skills, just not sure about how he would play with Lebron/Shaq?I believe they come out of the east if they stand pact if everyone is healthy.

As far as Z is concerned,he can still help this team down the stretch with his outside shooting and defense,he would only be playing 18-20 minutes a game.

I would rather see Jamison here!

I figured out a trade on the ESPN trade machine where the Suns get rid of Jason Richardson's bad deal, get a solid young player in Glen Davis, Ray Allen to help this year, and a ton of expiring contracts. The Celtics get a shooter to place Allen (Richardson), a younger big to replace Garnett's bad knee (Stoudemire), and a back up point guard (Dragic). This trade basically fills both teams want lists in one trade.
