Well first off we got there 1 hr from gametime and we figured we would sit behind the dugouts IF we could (They have a strong fanbase) Anyways I get up to ticket window and ask what's the closest available..... She tells me I have some in Row 2 Behind homeplate
.
So I take those tickets and we go inside, I checked out the Souvenir shop and I purchased Smokies Hats..... And I look around a little more and they are selling "Foul Balls" I figured why not and bought one for $8.50. So I go and sit down and look to my right and RYNO is beside me in the dugout haha it was awesome.... I asked are you signing before or after? He tells me in about 20 mins after infield, So I wait and decide to get a diet soda.... I took off for 10 mins and return and there is around a 60 person line to get Ryno's Auto
I figured I had no chance at this point. I continued to wait patiently and guess what? He signed for every single fan that was in line 70-80.... I am unsure if he was just happy on that day being "Home" after a long roadtrip or just the norm.... Either way Ryno is a CLASS ACT and one of the nicest pro's I have met.
He signed 2 balls for us (1 for grandfather and 1 for myself) I asked if he could sign HOF '05... He did it and had no problem and was very friendly to all, so that was awesome! to say the least.
Anyways in the 6th Dayan Viciedo hit a foulball and it bounced off the roof... and then bounced off a couple seats, and finally bounced to me for the one handed snag... Yep it was an amazing time, I will attend again with the family 110%.
Also got to see Beckham hit a long homer.... I would say 400 ft or so, he has amazing power from a smaller frame!!! I was very impressed.... don't you dare move him Chicago, you have yourself a great player!!! Anyways sorry for the long read... but it was just awesome and I loved every minute of it.
