I know some people on here have had issues with him but he has listed a card on collectorevolution that i need. Is he trustworthy?

Considering he still owes me money from a card I bought from him that he didnt have enough money in his paypal acct to cover after PAYPAL ruled in my favor....I would say better off to stay away. Even worse yet, he has contacted me several times and said he would send refund on this date and it never happens. Today was his last day to send me the money back and I am just going to file for fraud charges.
Guy has been banned off of Beckett, here, topps.....just stay away!!!!!

Will get you in the loop shortly as it looks like I will be forced to file fraud against him...as yet again another excuse instead of PAYPAL refund for me. I have his name and addy and contact info and as soon as I sit down and get it all together I will forward it to you so you can do the same.

talked to him a week ago on aim, he lied he bought the x off one of his personal friends...
this guy is always lying, i personally would stay away. someone should reach out to JVC and let him know the guy is listing on his site...

Supposedly he has a pending refund for me through PAYPAL, though I have seen nothing on my end of PAYPAL. I already contacted PAYPAL and his local police about the situation, and honestly, it took that to get him to send me the money back...
Kruzie, will send you a PM tonight with his email addy, and honestly, he asnwered pretty quickly through collectorrevolution. To my knowledge that is about the only site he is on because I know he got booted from Beckett, here, Topps, and I dont believe he is on EBAY anymore.

I am one of the lucky guy who finally got his end from this troll, i won't tell you the whole story but i backed myself a lot because i was suspicious from the start...and i have been proved right.

he is god awful. i have a current dispute with him on collector revolution and would advise not buying AT ALL.

Thanks to a couple of very vigilant members, we discovered amyanks was back on this site as prospector93. He has been perma banned. This point to the idea that when dealing with new members, we must always be careful and do some research.
