Good thought, but what would he want with anything related to UD?

I guess he does love those USA sets, but thats another thing UD pissed away.

Or they are clueless as to how much real money it actually takes to run a successful trading card business, and by successful I mean not steps away from bankruptcy.

Running a simple business, such as a car wash or a liquor store isn't easy. Running a complex business, like a trading card manufacturer, is a nightmare.

General rule of thumb when running a business is that you should be making 250k per employee. (that's on the low end) Upper Deck has 250 employees.

I'm a great furniture sales rep. I guess I should buy Lay-Z-Boy tomorrow.

I like the OP, but I think he got wasted while watching "The Social Network" and mis-understood the value of FCB.

The excellent execution made the website, but the website also gave gilmore his stature in the industry. Neither one made either one, they both made each other.
