Sometime around 2004-5 I bought a large collection of Paul O'neill cards from a one time competitor. After we agreeing on a price I bought the entire collection. Talk about a mail day! After sifting through the cards I came a cross one that didn't look right.

A 1999 UD Inkredible level 2 auto 11/21.
I remembered these cards being gold and was pretty sure I had one already in my collection. So I dug it out and sure enough it was gold and better yet it was 11/21 same as the one in question.

I emailed SGC at the time and explained my whole situation. I can't remember the guys title but he asked me how much I paid for it. After explaining it was part of a large collection he asked how much it would take to part with it and send it to him. Well it remains in my collection because I like the story and it seemed unique to have in my collection. Just thought I would share this with the members, Kevin in CT.

A quick eBay search shows that the red one shouldn't be numbered. Looks like someone penned the number and fooled SGC.

So did someone just take the regular autograph and add the 11/21 which looks to be in a completely different pen altogether and send it in? I wonder how much they would have paid to make that go away?

I failed to say I have many copies of the red version and you are correct the red ones are not serial numbered. Also SGC did get fooled.

Hullfan, I wondered that too but the story and the graded card itself fit better in my PC.
