What are you going to have him sign?

I have no idea haha. Maybe an 8x10 and a card. Might seem weird but I actually haven't had him sign any cards IP before. I've gotten him on a hat, OMLB, Game-Used Batting Gloves, and a Ticket Stub from his 3 Triple game, but no cards or 8x10.

Why not go with a birthday card? It'd be more memorable than some random card years down the road.

They've signed many a birthday card in their time and he would be much happier signing something that he knows means something to someone rather than some dumb card he's signed 10,000 times before.

"It's my birthday and you're my favorite player." Guarantee you get a much better reaction than anyone else at the signing, not to mention getting a few words in with him.

And by the way, you are talking to the guy that once told Michael Cuddyer that he had been thinking about his pants lately...

If I had any extra money I would do it in a split second. I may be able to swing it if there is one around for around $150, but obtaining it would be the problem. I wouldn't have a chance to get the Pro Shop before the signing.

I met him twice, both times he was really cool.

I got a message back on the jersey. The seller has no clue about the item. I replied and asked where it was obtained from. If it's from the Gopher office or athletic department, I will jump at it. I can always send a message to the player asking him as well.
