How can a professional umpire end a game on a called strike three that much off the plate?

If players lack heart through the whole game, why not just end the cherade?

Some nice bombs being dropped in here.
Great stuff Mud, on all those Killer autos. The base Ginter is amazing. BigMac will be drooling over that one with his love for IP Ginter autos.

Anybody ever score any autos from Twins owners. Was Carl much of a signer? I bet a Calvin auto would fetch some nice coin.

I need to check, but I believe I have the equipment manager's auto who worked under Calvin. He wrote a book and I believe copies were only sold at the Dome Souvenirs. He signed a good number of the copies so my dad and I each picked one up.

I really want a Bob Casey auto. Someone at Valley West tried selling me a Herb Carneal SS ball for $70 to get signed by Gordon. That would have drained my entire funds for the trip.

Yea, he'll be missing a few games. Still has headaches he can't kick after apparently jamming his shoulder on a dive for a ball? Didn't see the play, but this is the info that I've recieved

Got an Alex Burnett BDPP Orange /25 today, now have Plouffe, Burnett, and Butera, so maybe I could get Hughes and Slama and have the Twins rookie set. Could have gotten Hughes orange, gold, and blue in a GB, but he was 2nd on my list for the pick I had

I am pretty sick right now (caught whatever was going around... Doc didn't really tell me what it is), so when I am feeling better I can take pics of the auto. It's been so long since I read it I will have to re-read it again. We bought them during the "Last Series" at the Dome. Def. a cool item IMO. I should do some research and try to get him TTM if I can find an addy.

Dunno what went on, but eBay blew up with rarer Perkins stuff... a lot of low #'d refractors, autos/20... just some crazy stuff. Just not enough money to do anything about it :(

I have a 1/1 coming in, and I have enough to buy a card tonight.

I need to find my red 1/1 so I can work on that stinkin' rainbow.

AME is charging $25 for Butera and Duensing, who both have had multiple free signings this year?
