OK, let me preface, I like FanHQ, but they just announced Francisco Lirano signing May 12th for $20 each, or if you like, 3 for $50!!! If you want a bat or Jersey, that will only cost $25 each, and better yet, you can have him do a 4 word max :lol: incription for $10. What would you have him inscribe, Francisco "I suck huge ass" Liriano??? But wait, it gets better!!! For only $47, (yeah they do this player jersey number thing, so I cant wait for Mr #5 Cuddy to be there ), you can still get ONE item autoed, a certificate of authenticy (big deal, take a picture of him signing your item for free) and a posted photo with Francisco (I guess if you are a HUGE fan that would be a cool thing, but for all that extra cheddar, I say no way). But wait, the best thing about this "deal" is you wont have to wait in line with everyone else, you get to jump to the front of the line. I say what line, at $20 a pop, there wont be a line. :lol:

To me all of these prices are laughable, as you can wait till Twinsfest and if Liriano is still with the Twins, he will be at the $15 table with 2-3 other guys.

Now if Liriano was 3-0 with a nice ERA and the Twins were leading or at the top of the division, instead of 7 games back of the Indians I might not laugh as hard, but anyone that pays $20 for a Liriano sig right now just has $$$ to piss away!

I would laugh more, if it weren't so true. Remember when there was the "Francisco to the Yankees for Hughes" trade talk? Neither one is doing very well these days. Sometimes it doesn't matter, just stay with a pat hand. Still, it's nice to see Fan HQ getting players to come in. Does this mean no more freebies at the Pro Shops? It's a pain for me to drive in for one, but if it was worth it, I'd do it. Thome, yes. Valencia, maybe. Delmon--well, I have a printing plate I'd have him auto, so I'd think about it. Anybody else, hard to say worth the trip. (okay, Nishioka would be cool, but don't think that's gonna happen. Same for M&M.)

Greg, the only guys I would pay for outside of Twinsfest right now is Cuddy (for obvious reasons), Thome (have zero autos of this future HOFer) and Nishi. Majority of the rest I have at least one item signed, if not multiples.

I have the 2011 Topps card with Thome and Killebrew together, think it is called Dynamic Duos, I think that would be a great dual signed by both. I also want to get the pic of Cuddy and Killer togther from spring training signed by both. Heres hoping Killer makes a speedy recovery and is able to attend Twinsfest next year.

Agreed. I'd love to work on this year's Heritage set as an autograph project. It would look fantastic, but I'm leery of starting it via TTM. without the summer Auto Party, we'll see if the project gets off the ground. And that Thome/Killer combo auto would be, well...Killer!

Yes, but maybe once flood hits his base auto will drop some and it will depend on how he is playing. I love the action shot. I hope his autos are live and not redemption's. How sick would it be to get J Bo to also sign it. Now that would be a unique auto card.
Does Lirano sign ttm? isn't he tough in person as well.
I guess to me $20 isn't bad at all. If I needed something done from him and wanted a nice sit down auto I'd get him. I'm just not a fan of him and hope they trade him. Will be interesting how well that signing does for Fan HQ.
