I hope Revere is real deal if they do move Span. Span is still relatively young and signed cheap for next few years. So they better get a huge return. What is word on Hicks. Is he projected to make team next season?

Agreed - I'm a much bigger fan of Span than Revere. Not a knock on Revere, I just like Denard a lot.

I know I have somewhat of a biased opinion since Span is my guy, but I just think the Twins are jumping the gun WAY to soon if they think Revere can just come in and easily replace Span. I know we have Outfielders like Benson, Hicks, and Arcia down the road but why not keep Span until they're ready instead of Revere?

Hicks is still at Fort Myers. He should be in NB next year but I still think he's a couple years away. Benson is closer than Hicks but I really really like Hicks. He hasn't shown the power that they thought he might have but he gets on base, steals bases, and is excellent on defense.

Span trade value is high right now. Maybe his poor season last year left some with a bitter taste . Revere I doubt they would get much for. Plus I think they want to see if Revere is speed guy they haven't really had in organization.

Who cares about Span's trade value. Unless they get Strasburg and Harper for Span and Bill Smith, he's signed cheap through 2015.

I am not a general Twins collector when it comes to cards. I don't have any use for anything Dinkleman unless I need something for in person.
