Robb Quinlan joined up with the Gophers as a volunteer for the upcoming season... should make for a little graphing fun!

I believe Erstad is coaching somewhere in the bigten as well.

I got him at Spring Training a few years ago, also have Adenhart, pitching coach Butcher, Reckling, Napoli, and 2 others

Nobody ever in the Big-10 is really worth graphing for baseball. Basically Kvasnicka, Wimmers, and Dickerson the past couple years, so it's cool to have a couple former MLBers floating around.

Joe Benson and Chris Parmelee are getting called up prior to tomorrow's game as well. Should be pretty fun getting to watch Benson play.

I really hope that we can get though 2012 with minimal injuries. I refuse to get used to the Twins the way they are playing now. If anything good came from this season, it was that we gave alot of our young guys shots and roles at the major league level. Gave them a chance to prove that some of them belong here. Been winning consistently for 10 years now, so lets get back to it next season. Try to finish this one out strong

So there was a few posts a few pages back bout the 04 SP Prospects Twins Dual/Triple Autos, so I thought I would scan my collection & show them off. I have all the Twins Duals & Triples from the set. The only ones I'm missing are the Draft Class Quads (one has Mauer, another Hrbek).

There are a couple doubles in here, some with jersey # serial numbers...one of the Waldrop stickers is upside down.

Torii Hunter:

Hunter described Smith as cold.

''He had no heart, no compassion, no nothing," Hunter said. ''Because he wasn't the one who brought me in. [Former GM] Terry Ryan brought me in. Terry Ryan was my dad, my guy. When Bill Smith took over and we had a conversation, I wasn't feeling it. There was no chemistry, nothing between us. It was like I had never played with the Twins."

Starting to like that guy (Hunter) again myself. I still kinda wish he never left here.

Ryan is a class act IMO. He finds himself at Gopher games from time to time. He loves talking baseball with the younger guys.

So pissed at Valencia right now :x

I was watching with my son & he was all happy when Valencia got the hit...I was like you, at that point I'd rather see a no-hitter.

Seen a few of Ben Revere 2011 Topps Chrome autos have been hit. Looks like he used his crappy sloppy auto on them Could be hard to find a decent one. ALso, haven't seen any Nishi autos hit. Would suck if he isn't in it or a super sp. I wouldn't be surprised either way.

Why did they not make Bowman Platinum like Topps Platinum football with the jumbo patches for the patch autos?
