There was actually one listed on eBay not too long ago with a $30 BIN. I thought that price was a little high but it got hit after only about 2 days.

How'd I miss that one I wanted to get the 5/23 one, since that's my birthday

Went to the Dugout in Sartell yesterday... holy overpriced, Batman. $30 for jersey cards, $40 for a Tim Couch rookie, lots of really cool early-2000's wax that I would love to bust at about $135 a box. Yeah, it's in a pretty nice strip mall - Googling them gave me their old address, but I found their Facebook page and punched in directions. I'm not sure how firm they are on their prices, maybe they're open to haggling down, but at what they were marked at, I'm not sure I would ever be able to get an even halfway reasonable price out of them. $80 for a Daunte Culpepper refractor rookie? Pass.

That's insane. The owner used to have a "sale" half off on all singles. I got some cool cards there. He was really cool, but some of his ways are a little off (what he sells, the prices). He will haggle, but he really only did on my birthday a couple times. He gets some insane stuff for his PC and he is always willing to show it off though.

Awesome. I hope he will still buy my game cards. I also have a grab bag prize that I have to redeem. Haven't been there in a couple years.

Also, it's worth pointing out that they may be very willing to cut you deals on stuff that's in there. I was just speculating that with their incredibly high prices, that even if they did drop the price, it would still be cheaper to buy on eBay or even Beckett Marketplace. I could be wrong, though. Good luck taking your stuff in - hope you can land some nice Twins stuff while you're there.

That is really too bad. He showed me and my dad around the shop in St. Cloud, and he gave me a few packs of cards for free for my birthday once. Thank you for letting me know.

They do have high prices. Sometimes you can find a good deal or an interesting piece. I bought an awesome PC item from him a while back and I thought I paid a good price for it.

Very nice! He is the best Gopher out of the trio, so you can't beat that price. I got the Knudson as a gift, but I think his days as a pro are numbered.

I need to get my collection in order so I can start buying more...
