Brutal.. TB could get a nice cheap Perk pick up. CLean off the stickers with alcohol. Have Perk resign it.

I've done that with some that didn't sign well, thinking about doing it with a Revere Chrome auto as well and have him sign in green, already have one red ink that was player-issued.

There's a Twins pro shop right around there too isn't there? Minnetonka didn't have much, nothing of Plouffe or Burnett, so not sure what they had, 20 jerseys with Swarzak and Butera in the front and 12 bats with Doumit but don't remember who else, and no lineup cards.

Ya there is one in roseville by the mall kinda. I have only been there twice the stadium is still the best place for game used stuff. Ask for the booklet of GU and then look through it there because they can go to the warehouse and get some stuff that isn't out.

I could but there are a few problems... the biggest one is that the alcohol will ruin the card if it gets under the surface, and Perk's sig has changed.

I also can't spend money right now. I am saving for something.

Alcohol shouldn't ruin it at all. I used it to scrub off a couple Plouffes that bubbled and they came clean fine, then tried it on a couple Chrome cards of signing them with a Staedler, wiping them, and signing a couple minutes later and the autographs stuck fine.

I heard an interesting view while at the game last night. MG won't like this but why don't we trade Plouffe while he is playing hot? The guy was saying that he won't be able to keep this production up. I don't see it happening as it wouldn't make sense but neither does trading Span like everyone thinks is going to happen

But that's if the alcohol stays on the surface of the card. If it seeps into the autograph window, it will make the sides of the window a greenish color.

I have gotten some cool twins stuff in recently but there is no point because my 1 post will be drowned out by his 14 more after it. There is no purpose to a thread when there are a sh!t tone of useless posts that all could be combined into 1 paragraph. Chris is a great poster here and this thread will hurt far more with out him than anything positive it could gain with him just going on random, and often uselss tangents.

Plouffe with an idiotic mistake running too far past third. Good thing Span was there to win the game for the Twins!

Not Plouffe's fault. Liddle should have had the stop sign much earlier. Plouffe should have scored the winning run as well, because there's no way he went three feet from the baseline, especially considering he has a new baseline going back from where he started turning back. Still can't get why people on twitter seem to think Plouffe shouldn't be playing, considering he hit seven homers in a week, has raised his batting average by 110 points in the last month, and has been great on defense, meanwhile Doumit and Dozier have been pretty bad and are still playing.

And its funny that you are trying to blame the blatant baserunning mistake on the coaching staff when anybody who has 2 eyes knows that it was all Plouffe's fault. I would say to just shut your little 5 year old mouth but it isn't worth the time. Not sure why you even enjoy posting in this thread when you are talking to yourself as NOBODY ON FCB CAN STAND YOU!!! Let's just say that this will likely be my last post in this thread. Didn't see the second error, but the first one could easily be from the weather and wet ball. Had a great barehand play and has had a lot of other good diving plays. Certainly a better option than selective-effort Valencia. Liddle should have been able to see from the start that the ball was going to drop and be fielded cleanly so he should have held Plouffe, Plouffe should be running hard until he sees a stop sign and the stop sign was too late.

Isnt is sad that we have no other option but to stop posting? Gilmore will ban strasburgmania for being an annoying twit, but he will reinstate this one.
