I've heard the 3.2 per game rule before, but there's also something about games played, too. He can be among the leaders for homers, but it's different for average.

As of a game or two ago he was 42 plate appearances short. Barring injury he'll get there, but not for a little while.

I missed the game, did Swarzak look as good as his numbers reflect?

Excellent. I'm tired of both that and watching Slowey, Baker, and Blackburn all pitch well for a while and then completely losing it all at once.
