I miss Brad Radke - that dude pitched through hell is final season. Being from Eau Claire, he's also close enough for me to consider a home-grown boy.
However, I do not miss Boof Bonser. I met him at Hubert's one time after a game... I don't know if he was rude or just stupid. Could have easily been both. I still got my picture taken with him, so it shows what a fanboy I can be.

Carlos Gutierrez what story on him. Future closer? I remember Adam Johnson cert autos being everywhere. What a bust he was. I like Joe Benson, he could be a player. Turned it around after a rough start this year. Nice seeing some older Twins autos!

Very nice! If he ends up making it to the majors that could be a very nice sell, unless you plan on holding it. Either way nice pick-up.

Twins deserve to lose last night. Maybe they will learn something. It was really really stupid to not call up atleast 2-3 extra pitchers on September 1. Just for nights like last night. It doesn't hurt to have a bunch of guys sitting in the pen. Screwing with rotation and having starters come in relief should never ever happen in September on a team in the race. Also need to call up a few position players. Although they dodn't have many on 40 man so moves should be made. Call up Benson and Revere. For outfield depth and Revere for pinch running and some nice speed when needed. They will going on 40 man this winter anyways. If your not going to call up some of the relief guys in AAA that are on the 40 man just drop them now. I hope we see some mass call ups today. I hope Fox gets ball tonight. Would just be 3 days rest for him, but he looks decent. I'd rather give him his first shot in bigs than running Perkins or Swarzak out their tonight.

What a terrible way to play a game--last night. Joe West really needs to hang it up. Too many missed double plays, and way too much slipping up by the bullpen. Frustrating game to watch. Now the Rangers, who took three of four from us a week or so ago, come to town. It doesn't get any easier!

Any good giveaways this weekend at Target Field, any big signings being done with 50th ANN. team?
Saw release onTwins site. Nice to see Fox rewarded with start and shot in the show. He can get it up 92-93. Stays around plate.
Saw bringing up acouple relif guys. Just so dumb this wasn't done on the Sept. 1st. Anyone hear the 40 man move made for Fox?

RHP Carlos Gutierrez and RHP Steve Hirschfeld have been promoted from New Britain to Rochester, and will join the Wings for Friday night's home game against Syracuse

Amazing stuff GC. It makes me feel less worthy of posting my pickups lol. I know that this weekend they are having player photo's, but I'm not sure about auto's. I was looking forward to maybe getting some tonight, but it might be too cold to get down there that early just for some photo's. I will be there for the 50 greatest Twins though. Should be pretty fun.

I bought New Britain team set for autos at last year's TwinsFest. I need to go find it and list it pronto as these prices will come down once Bowman Draft and Sterling come out this fall.
