Doesn't surprise me.A guy is crying like a little girl and suing because he didn't get something no self respecting man would wear anyways.Yet I get drug over the coals by workman's comp and there is "nothing we can do".Sounds about right.

What state are you in?

Guess!Who has the easiest going laws on insurance companies?

The great state of Texas!

For the most part, you guys are right that its a complete waste of time and money.

The guy took a day honoring a very important and legit cause and turned it into his own gender rights case.

BUT, is it really any different than Gloria Alred suing the Boy Scouts?
Or how about all the kids leagues that are getting sued because they are not allowing a girl to play in the league even though there are leagues specifically for girls!
And on and on!

In a way, I say more power to him. It either works both ways or it doesnt work.

At the end of the day, hes no better or worse than the other opportunistic $*&^(#* who turn anythign that happens that is remotely linked to their cause into an issue.

I group this guy with Gloria Alred, Al SHarpton, Jesse Jackson, etc.

Yes they are different causes, but they are in essence the same.

The really dumb thing is it's not just him. It's the judges that also agreed to his lawsuit. That's the real shame in it all.

Yeah but they have to go by the law.It makes you wonder just how screwed up the laws are.In my opinion they are complete crap. You can almost literally get away with murder these days while other people get the book for whatever. Its ass backwards in every meaning of the phrase.

Yeah, but that's the reason for judges. It's not in the original spirit of the law.

I represent a Texas client, who has some cases in Florida. From what they tell me about the TX law... yeah, you are getting screwed.

They found out an Exxon gas station leaked gasoline into a hill behind my house and into natural springs, but no lawyer wants to take a class action lawsuit. NJDEP even has evidence and not a thing is being done. Jesus
