Error Card down to $600 first person that puts theirs up under $100 BIN and it gets popped will kill his prices

I bet if he wasn't greedy, he could get $150 for it right now. 10 times your money in 1 day would be hard to pass up in my opinion.
Looks like it sold for $150.

Very happy camper here!

Well sheeeeeeeeettt, I missed out on the prismatic base cards

I haven't had any time to come on here lately and when I do I find out I missed out on these.

Don't worry, you will have a chance to buy one. The first one has sold for $150, and people in here are already stating they will sell their for a 67% discount to that one. ;)

Here's the link to the first sale:

Pretty good investment making 10 times your money in less than two days. Not sure why anyone would list theirs for $50 now, but this is a hobby where values are driven down quickly by people wanting out fast. That's GREAT for buyers.

I don't think this will be the case though.
There are now 38 left.

I guess it all depends if this guy is true to his word:

I agree and honestly when I get mine in no way am I putting it any higher than $49.99-$59.99 range taking the money and running.

The words, "no way...", would mean it shouldn't matter what the last one sold for. ;)

Hopefully people don't start giving these away. It will only drive prices down. But hey, that's commonplace in this hobby these days. LOL

Third one just sold for $350!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2012-Leaf-US-Ar ... _846wt_932

Looks like someone was about to leave a LOT of money on the table. :benson:

Really don't understand why you would card so much if he did decide to put it up for 50-60-or 70 dollars?
The idiots who are paying $350 are just plain, well idiots.

Ahhhh, this opinion again. Let me explain why I care:

If he was the first to list for $49, then that "might" have set the value, which would have "maybe" meant these other guys wouldn't have sold theirs for so much.

OBVIOUSLY the value, at present, is much, much greater than $49 to $59. I offered my opinion that he would be leaving money on the table, and he didn't act like he believed me. I was only trying to help him out. It's okay that he didn't want the help. It's all fine and dandy to me right now if he wants to cost himself some money listing for "no more than $59.99". I was just trying to increase his profits, and protect the potential profits of others.

In my opinion, this hobby would be better if people weren't constantly undercutting each other. But that's just an opinion, and I honestly don't know if I'm right or not.

At present with the cards not in hand, and people do not have shipped confirmation emails either. I did believe you money would be left on the table, just prefer once I get the confirmation email to list them at a 4-5x markup take the money and run.

I appreciate trying to help, but it is not as much undercutting as when I said that I thought tops would be $100 for one or $150. Now I am just happy taking a small investment multiplying and getting out.

Edit looks like one seller dropped his price over $150 today even after the $325 sold

BIN/BO are going off left & right now!
Looks like the average market price on these is $300

*6 of the 39 Errors have now been resold. Hmmmm.
Thoughts if they are for PC's/Colts fans, or snabbed for possible reflip?
Does this bring up the value of the other 33 at all?

I wasn't planning on selling any of my 5 prismatic I bought, but if I can sell all 5 at the current going rate and use those funds to buy a case of 2011 chrome football, I might reconsider

Im saying that I dont need the 350 they are going for. I typically sell at less than ebay to FCB members. I just choose to do it that way. Granted it might only be 25-30.00 off, but still, shouldnt that be enough? Plus they save me listing fees and final fees. Everyone wins this way.

I am amazed at how well so many of these have sold.

You know what's going to make the prices go a LOT higher? When Leaf publicly destroys all the other error cards. Imagine having that in your item description, perhaps a link to a youtube video of them being destroyed.

Well if the nuts keep putting BIN's at $149 it's not helping the case. ::facepalm:: ::facepalm::
One sold overnight for $149. Another got listed at $199 and one more BIN at $149.

They are CONSISTENTLY selling in the $300 range if not more.
One at auction is at $232 with 6+ days left and 10 bids.
Come on folks. Use your heads! Don't lower the prices for everyone else here.
Sell them for what you want here, but why screw the rest of us on ebay? :?:
