The average person looks at this and thinks... this is yet another reason why investing in cards is a bad idea. It affects all niches whether we like it or not.

So card companies aren't spending top dollar and having their own big name authenticators working to make sure the stuff they buy is legit? Shocking!!!

i find it shocking with the big bucks the card companies pay to licensors, the licensors through their MLB Authenticated program (for instance) do not make the materials available directly to the card companies but rather make the card companies deal with licensor-approved third party companies.

now the collectors need to act, call AND write topps, upper deck, panini, etc
ask them how they can buy fake jerseys? and why did they overpay for them?
AND THEN, WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO TO PREVENT IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN?
REMEMBER, PLEASE BOYCOTT ANY SCAMMER SELLING FAKE JUNK! WE NEED TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD!!
