I am so annyoed. I just feel like selling all my cards and getting out of this hobby. It just seems like a lose, lose situation 99.9% of the time. You barely make $ off prospects or breaks and when you do you have a buyer get cold feet or be a punk and screw me out of $. I have better uses of my time and money.

oh the irony! you hypocritic SOB. do us all a favor and leave! can you even wipe your own ass without asking the board for advice? you money hungry, conniving POS! take all your drama and "millions" of dollars and leave. cant believe u even had the balls to come back after the last time i outted you. get lost! karma is a real biotch huh?

Give me a break you moron. There was nothing wrong with what I did previously. I showed an Orange Porcello Refractor for a lot of chromes from 2008, big deal. It's an eye catcher and it is not against eBay's TOS. Heck people show almost topless girls in their photos, are the girls included in the auction? Maybe you would like that they were because you are a loner that saves threads from month's ago.

Why do people bust wax? To potentially find a rare card and PC it or sell and make $. We are all money hungry. We want the the best deal, our prospects to blow up and possibly flip them on ebay. Even the collectors that buy PC cards, do you fork out $100-$500 or more on a PC and hope it goes down in value? No! You want it to go up so that you didn't lose $.

What this guy is doing to me is fraud.

Sorry JD, but actually it is:

"It's against our policies to do anything that manipulates the search or browse experience on eBay. This applies to all parts of a listing, including the title, subtitle, product details, description, pictures, links, and meta tags (see also our HTML and JavaScript policy). "

Here's the link if you don't believe me: http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/search-manipulation.html

and knowingly selling a red frazier that doesnt exist is fraud. moron

How did I know that they didn't exist? They were a redemption.
It was also explained in the thread that you knew they were being replaced.

You're making yourself look worse here, bud.

Play devil's advocate here,

It is not his job to tell every bit of information about the card to the buyer, just to say he is selling it as a redemption.

If im buying a redemption, I should know what I am buying and do research.

You dont just buy a used car without inspecting it first.

Now if he lied in the item description and said something like "they will make this card", then started posting here he knew they were being replaced, that is different.

If he knew the card wasn't going to be produces because he had direct information from Topps, he should have either made a note of it in the auction or just sent in the redemption and gotten the replacement.

Re: Another ebay buyer to block (UPDATE)

Just got a check for $153.34 from the USPS. Never thought they would pay the insurance claim, since I never got the card back form the buyer.

Has this happened to anyone else? I am surprised they paid me without scans of the damaged card.

It would be nice if Ebay had a way to automatically block buyers who have filed "x" number of chargebacks over the past year.

All he buys is Gordon Beckham, T206 cycle backs (2010) and now Jared Mitchells.

Someone in the Chicago area should pay him a visit (with the cops in tow, of course).

Here is a couple emails from the 2nd chance bidder I offered the Mitchell to....Some interesting information

#1
"Cause this idiot (Mark P) keeps making names even though he is banned off ebay...Be thankful, cause he likes ripping sellers and buyers off...He has had the ID's of rookiecardsandautos, biddingforfun10 and a few others that are banned besides the chisox201015...Everytime he gets a new name I report him to save sellers the headaches...You can relist the item...Thanks, Dave"

#2

"Matt, Yep he has tried ripping off many...That's why I report every new name he makes up...it takes me about a day to figure out his new ID just by his bidding patterns and times of bids...Just passing the info I have gathered and try to help other sellers protect themselves..."
