Another ebayer to watch out for.

engraved11 is his name.He gave me my 1st neg,but i think is crap.He bought a basketball lot from on the 7th of October and paid for it on the 8th.I left postitive feedback,but when i went to get the address i seenhe was bidding from Europe.I emailed him and told him i don't ship to Europe and that i would refund him.

I totally forgot to refund him and he emailed me on Friday stating he hadn't got the cards and/or a refund.So i refunded him and he left me a neg stating i didn't send the cards.

I had my preferances set to block bidders from Europe and it didn't take for some reason.

I am not sure why you would say we should watch out for him? You cancelled his bid and also took over a month to refund him.

Agreed. No offense, but if I was the buyer, I would have neg'd you too.

Probably also would have neg'd you. If I had to wait a month for a refund I would have thought someone was trying to scam me.

The neg was probably appropriate due to the wait for a refund,

However, I would email ebay and ask them to remove it as your settings state that you don't accept foreign bids. They might help you out on this one.

I also had some really rood emails with the buyer,maybe it's just me.I wouldn't have left a neg if i was him.I told him i don't ship to Europe.I did forget to refund him,but i did as soon as he reminded me and neg was left after i refunded him.
