[Another] Shipping Question

Gents,
So I've been given an offer to hit my BIN, on an item I am selling on the bay, the problem is he lives in Japan. If I understand correctly, it is possible to be covered, by shipping that distance, if I simply pay for [what seems to be] the expensive tracking number? I assume I can do some sort of Sig. confirm, and/or insurance while shipping to Japan? Thanks.

You could always ship with Express International shipping. You get a tracking # with that and they have to sign for it.
