Does anyone who use these 1.5 inch binders know if page lifters would be necessary? I am concerned about the fit of the pages in the binder. I plan on storing mine like encyclopedias on a bookshelf. Just want people's thoughts on storing them this over a long period of time.

Your input is appreciated! Thanks!

I don't believe you will need page lifters. The way the pages sit in the binder case doesn't allow them to sag or roll over the D rings.

Thank you to everyone -- especially HofMichael -- for the wonderful ideas to help me organize my collection. I think it is a no brainer for me with keeping price in mind, to buy the 1.5 inch binders for my Topps sets even though each set will be in two binders. I really like the labels that were pictured in this thread. I have sent that person a PM and really hope that he emails me the template that he says he has! I went ahead and purchased 15 black binders as a test run to see if this will indeed be the direction I go for long term. I like the idea of stacking the sets side by side to give it the "World Encyclopedia" vintage look. Once I am done with this project, I plan on posting pictures.

Thank you again everyone who helped me with this!

I recieved two cases today - I like them - 30 of these cost about to the same as one of the Archival Methods binders at list.

I will probably get some more of the Archival Methods caases for contintuity on my Topps sets, but use these for other sets.

If you decide to use the Archival Methods bindefrs I recommend that order direct from them (not through Amazon) and get on their email list - they send coupon codes every quarter that hepls with the price.

2 binders per Heritage set? I have a 2001 set that I'm looking to move across.

My binders should get here in a few days, didnt realize there was a choice of color until it was too late. I will be happy with whatever color they send I'm sure.

yep, two is perfect for the 2001's

i only ran into space issues with the 2005 set, due to the white back set, but they are all in two binders.

had to go three binders on the 2009s and 2010s due to the "high number" series of each needing their own binder. i also added a third binder to this years set for the Tint Sets

I was hoping it would be either black, white,or clear. Then I can just use colored labels to distinguish.

i heard you're not supposed to store binders vertically but i guess theres no way the cards can get bent the way these work?
