It's a group submission.

Im almost positive that the 10-10-10 deal is always available, so long as you make sure you write it in huge print on your order form

as mentioned they typically post the first business day of the month, last months wasn't spectacular (25 cards you chose the level and get 5 graded free plus one of the cool new boxes), so I'm thinking this months would be better, PSA's sucks though so maybe they won't feel the need to.
