Any ebay sellers ever have this happen?

so i have had a dwade rc auto on ebay for the past two weeks with a buy it now of 50 dollars and it was never hit, so i decided to just list it starting bid of .99 cents.....i look at my sold items when the 7 days were up and it went for 70 dollars 20 more than what i just had it listed for ::facepalm::

I actually had a Will Clark autograph that I listed for a starting bid of $20 and a BIN for $40 and it sold for $55 after a couple of guys got it to a bidding scuffle.

I've had that happen several times on cards I listed on the transactions boards...most notably my Ultimate patch autos of Dice K and Chipper...listed the Dice k for like $500 and the Chipper for around $350, and no one bit...listed on eBay and got $675 for the Dice K and $405 for the Chipper.

I have only had that happen to me once
I listed a card with BIN/BO and it was 60 so I listed it at 9.99 start for the auction
and it finished at 75 and change plus shipping.

Had 2 odd happenings

First I listed a Posey ref 9.5 (one of the first) for like 120 bin/bo - nothing good so I auctioned it, went for 225!!!! and I got paid, everything was good
then, I listed a posey ref 9.5 again at BIN/BO 170, someone just hit the BIN at 170. Total of 395 when they're worth like 180-200ish tops
