Here are my guns, I haven't had the chance to use a couple of them due to surgery but as soon as it gets nice......

My younger brother came out to Kansas to visit me a couple years ago and we went shooting. This is Alex

And this is me! It is amazing how fast you can run through 9 2-3/4inch rounds in that thing!

This was taken back in 2000 my buddy and I who joined together in our motorpool "field" exercise. I LOVE the M-16 and that is my next goal, get an AR-15!!!! I know I had better get one soon too, I've heard all about the powers that be to rid the U.S. of assault weapons.....

I'm sure, as the crazy, disgruntled, former Army nut who comes from a suicidal, rainy state, gone crazy from being stuck out in the middle of NO-where Kansas! I know, I know! I'm sure the FBI has a profile on me a mile long....

my dad got an sks for a present from some friends and man... not to offend anyone, they are garbage...at least this one is lol.

I went to the gun shop yesterday and shopped around. I dont know much about sidearms but the people were real helpful and im pretty sure im gonna get a px4 .40 cal, they only had the .45 so i have to wait. Maybe you guys can confirm this, but from what i hear the muzzle flash from a .45 will blind you in darkness and you'll be unable to aim past that first shot.

This gun shop had a freakin mp5 lol, it was a garbage one though... some off brand and it looked cheap. It wasn't the h&k version... i was shocked though b/c i inquired about the paperwork process and wait period and the guy said "show your id and proof of residence and you can walk out the door with one" (not the mp5 obviously)... i think im starting to like mississippi again

The SKS is a hit or miss type of gun. They are super cheap knock off of the AK. I have had mine for over 16 years now with no problems what-so-ever. But I also know people that bought them and were jammed and junked up in a few days. Guess I just got lucky with mine :D

Agreed here. AKs are fun too but inaccurate as hell. It wasn't made to be a semi auto rifle. IT was meant to spray the country side with bullets lol. I think after my 1911 pistol I want to get a K98 Mauser or one of those WWII swedish rifles.

What? Is that too many? :P You would think that I was a hunter, I'm not. The Winchester was my great-grand fathers, the Remington and German revolver was my grand-fathers. The Fire Star Plus was my first gun that I bought before I obtained my concealed carry license but I decided that it was best to carry the .38 snub nose. But while I was working my way to a Criminal Justice degree I decided to do some security work and then I obtained the .357. I then purchased the SKS(my digital camera sucks so a decent picture is not possible) because it looked cool and only cost me $100. The Ruger was on sale for $175 so of course I HAD to buy it. All of the guns I bought were new and when I was single. I new I should have bought a scope for the SKS before I got married. Oh, it wouldn't be very wise to break into my house. ;)

I don't have any yet, but I'm seriously considering getting some kind of side arm. Haven't looked into it too much, but a .45 sounds about right to me. This may be a sign of some kind of mental illness, but carrying an M4 around Iraq felt so empowering even if I never actually used it. Honestly though, if I got a weapon I'd probably just use it at the range once a month and never take it with me anywhere else.
