Any idea of this card set?

Anyone know what set this card is from? a friend of mine local here gave me a stack of cards to list for him and i'm trying to figure out what a few of them are.

from the base topps set? i thought they were all black/white in that release. i haven't owned any of them so i didn't know. thanks for your help. just wanted to make sure when i listed it that i got the set right and not deceive anybody. thanks.
