1970s Fleer, when they werent allowed to use player images they had to make cartoon cards. The B&W ones are the earliest (late 1960s), the color ones are from the 1970- very early 80s.

Check a price guide for more info on the exact year, etc. Im writing this from memory and havent collected or touched one in 30 years.

PS. I hated them back then as a kid, but I didnt know the whole story about how they couldnt make real baseball cards with current players. Because they were disliked, they are now far scarcer than the extremely common Topps cards of the same Era.
