Any info on these (1957 Brooklyn Dodgers oddball)?

Was told this was a vintage 1957 item. Can't find it in any of my catalogs. The seller had other Dodgers in the same format. These are 5"x7" on glossy paper stock (regular paper, not cardstock). Black and white. Anyone know if these were a team giveaway or how they were distributed? Obviously they are a ticket offer and promo item for Elsie Ice Cream Novelties - but more interested in how one originally would obtain them. Any help is appreciated.

I actually saw a few of those at a show here in Raleigh this past weekend if I'm not mistaken. A guy had boxes of misc. ephemera and these were part of it.

Not sure of the origin, but those are great! Love seeing regional issues like that, especially vintage ones!
